The slide guitar thread has me wondering if you guys know of any well
recorded CD's with a prominent weissenborne presence?

The most well know Weiss player is Ben Harper. Check out the sound clips on his site. Both Sides of the Gun is nice.

Others are Bob Brossman, and from Australia Jeff Lang and John Butler.
